SHIPPING POLICY

Destinations and Charges

We deliver to supported addresses within the United States. International delivery is not currently offered.

Standard shipping is free with no minimum purchase. Prices for any other available services are shown before payment. Unsupported-address orders may be canceled and refunded.

Processing and Delivery

Allow 1–3 business days for processing after successful payment authorization, followed by approximately 3–7 business days in transit.

The combined estimate is 4–10 business days. Business days exclude weekends and United States public holidays.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates. If we cannot dispatch within a promised timeframe, we will provide the notice and options required by law.

Tracking and Assistance

Shipping updates and available tracking information are sent by email.

Check your delivery address before ordering. Request corrections promptly; changes may be unavailable after fulfillment begins.

For delayed, missing, damaged, or incorrect shipments, email CS@jimblackstone.com with your order number. We will investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution.

A carrier tracking status does not remove mandatory consumer rights.
